EMAX-IO结合了经过验证的绝对磁带测量系统EMAX和当前控制领域最流行的接口的优点。集成的IO-Link接口支持可靠、灵活的信息交换和从IO-Link主设备到终端设备的数据传输。EMAX-IO通过3线缆提供最多20米距离上的绝对位置，分辨率/重复精度为10m。更大的优点是安全传输、连续诊断和快速安装，因为传感器可以从中心位置参数化。
